Institution that don't wanna deliver my working kit

I have registered with this institution in 2016 and paid 16000 for a nail tech course for them to deliver what they promised you have to chase and I did chase they told me they can't deliver NSI coz they have a problem with supplier I told them I've registered with you people over a year you only telling me now about the problem with the supply and told them I'm not going to wait for another year I want my kit before the end of the week they then send me some cheap stuff that I won't accept so I need your help for them to give me what I paid for which is NSI kit of give me my money back coz I won't settle for less I have paid a lot of money for that course please help me
