7 months waiting for a refund

I have never had to write a bad review in my life, but this college has driven me to it.<br> In 2014 I used them as a tuition centre for an IMM business degree. What a mistake! Quite apart from poor management of the course, I paid the full fee up-front, which included a fee for textbooks. As soon as Semester 1 started, however, we were informed that we would have to provide our own textbooks, and we would be refunded our fee we had paid.<br> I AM STILL WAITING FOR THIS REFUND.
