Waiting months for a refund which they had for months before

They are lucky to even get one star!!!! Due to covid our flights were cancelled. We have been asking for months to get our money back from the flights that Turkish Airlines had cancelled. After consistently complaining over 10 months we decide to call a meeting with Isabel Cruz which she agreed. We traveled 74 Km to meet with her which she chose not to show up for! She then decided to contact us tell us that the money had in fact been refunded to them months ago and they have now spent the money!!!! We were then told we had to wait 3 days for our refund. We got our money but over R6200 short!!!! This company is an absolute disgrace.
