<p>AFFADAVIT</p> <p>To Whom it may concern: 21.10.2016</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 29th of September 2016 at 15.40, my car was bumped by an Interland Distribution truck above my right back wheel. I was coming from Makro Woodmead - As I got onto the M1 Western Bypass going east – my lane merged with the rest of the highway. The driver of the truck allowed me to go infront of him, because I still looked in my rearview mirror and he was approximately x 1 car length from me. There was a truck burning out on the left verge of the highway and everyone was slowing down to look at the Firemen extinguishing the fire. The next minute I felt that I had been bumped by the truck.</p> <p>I indicated to the driver to pull over, but he laughed and sped off ahead of me. I then realized that he wasn’t going to stop and I took a photo of the back of the truck. Another lady kept on hooting at me, pointing to the back of my car. She also waved me to the side of the road. We both stopped on the side of the highway. She came to my car and said “Did you see how that truck scratched your car?”To which I rep**** “No it’s bumper to bumper traffic”</p> <p>We both got back onto the highway. The truck was out of sight. I sped up to catch up to him to see if I could see what company he was from. I caught up with him at the Edenvale off ramp. I pulled up beside him and tookanother photo of the driver door – which had the company name on. When the driver saw me taking a photo, he slammed on brakes and came to a complete stop in the left hand lane of the Highway.</p> <p>When I got home I contacted Interland Distribution and spoke to Russel Cave. I mailed him photos of the damage. He phoned back later and said that he can see that it is Interlands blue paint on my car.</p> <p>7 MONTHS AFTER THIS INCIDENT HAPPENED AND THEY REFUSE TO REPAIR MY VEHICLE, EVEN WHEN SHOWN THAT THE EVIDENCE THE DRIVER GAVE IS FALSE, SPOKE TO THE DIRECTOR OF THE COMPANY WITH NO HELP FROM HIM, CLAIMS LADY AT THE COMPANY REFUSES TO CALL ME BACK, HAVE BEEN SENT FROM PILLAR TO POST BETWEEN LIBRA BROKERS AND PREMIER CLAIMS SERVICES AND INTERLAND DISTRIBUTION BUT TO NO AVAIL</p> <p> </p>
