Utterly unprofessional and deceptive. DO NOT USE

<p>Absolutely disgraceful.</p> <p>The lady brenda wanted a full deposit upfront but did not explain this when she gave a quotation. She then messages me at night saying she needs the money. She calls the next day saying she is at the suppliers and needs to purchase the material and then has the audacity to ask if i expected her to use her own money. I said I was in no rush and I'll deposit next week.</p> <p>Next week she says that she now needs to charge me storage and handling fees. I phoned her and asked, which company asks for a 100% deposit without doing any work. She cuts my call and messages me that Im irrational and I must collect my couch at a R680 collection fee and a 20% cancellation fee. She messages further that she will not release this unless she gets paid.</p> <p>She was very rude from the moment they had the couch and started demanding. This business is a clear no go and should not be supported. </p>
