Antique chair reupholster

This lady promised me that the antique chair would be reupholstered after 2 weeks, at the appointed date I phoned and she said that due to load shedding - which she had none in her area of business- the chair wasn't completed, she then said it would be completed after another week. When I eventually could pick up the chair there were no studs on the ribbing, when I asked her why the chair didn't have the studs she said that they were out of stock and that I should take the chair back to them when they received stock. On both occasions she didn't phone or contact me at any time to tell me about the delay or the absent studs. She is extremely rude and told me that I were obviously unhappy in my life and that was the cause of me complaining and put the phone down in my ear.
