TAKES YOUR MONEY, BUT CANT PAY CLAIMS!!!!!

Registered a building claim which took 2 weeks to approve, now that's its approved, insurer says they cant get the quote from their own plumber, DOES IT REALLY TAKE 40000 YEARS FOR A PLUMBERS QUOTE!! since I don't believe insurer, JUST ANOTHER DELAY TACTIC SO THEY CAN AVOID PAYOUT. My property has been with out water for almost a month due to a burst pipe underneath the house, but Hey Integrisure doesn't care. Assuming humans can only survive 4-5 maybe 6 days without water, how am I supposed to be alive to work to be able to pay next months insurance premium, BUT they don't care about that, they finished got bank details, so they will just debit like crazy on the 1st. No one cares about my claim!!!! will be logging an official investigation with Ombudsman it doesn't take years for a quote, should take a few minutes not 3weeks!<br> DO NOT TAKE OUT INSURANCE WITH THIS COMPANY!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND MESS YOU AROUND WHEN YOU HAVE A CLAIM - ALMOST A MONTH NOW WITHOUT WATER!!!!
