poor and expensive Service

We instructed Intergate for Business Permit and Permanent Residence. The outcome for the Buisness Permit was not received by Intergate. We had to instruct another immigration company Eisenberg to follow up, had to pay again, but finally after 9 months we got it. The Permanent Residence, me and my daughter received it. But my husbands application was done incorrectly by Intergate and so the outcome was negative after 18 months and we must apply again. My sons permit is still in proccess, although we paid extra for a court case wich was done by Intergate last year. But you only hear excuses and every few months someone else is responsible for your file. But obviously the won't admit any mistake and pay you some money back.
