Not worth the money paid

I went through Intergate as I needed to get a spouse visa before being retrenched. The urgency was specified many times and I was reassured that the timing would be ok. Very important facts were omitted like Police clearance in SA takes between 6 to 8 weeks (longer towards the end of the year. You would expect from EXPERTS and for the money that you pay that such details would be given and that Intergate would ensure that their clients are requesting/submitted the information at the right time. <br> They also forgot to mention that the booking for the visa submission gets very packed towards the end of the year, so when I was about to finally receive my police clearance, I was told that the next available date was only 2 months later... So you can imagine the constant frustration and the lack of customer service. <br> On the day of submission, if you don't fit into the schedule of the lady who assists at home affairs then you get no contacts from intergate before, during and right after the submission. <br> I would not recommend by Intergate, they have a nice website but that's it. <br> The data Administrator Arlene, was good and helpful. <br> I was not expecting to be s**** fed but a good service
