No interest in giving service

I contacted the company with a query for a VISA. I received an email with forms to fill out about the details for the VISA application. After 2 weeks of no response, I write an email to the consultant. Still no reply. I call the company and I am told that the consultant is not in. The person I spoke with had no interest in helping me what so ever.
