Intergate keeps money while not delivering

Paid too much money for a temp. and perm. permit. Temp only was registered at HA after I went to HA in person, Intergate didn't do anything, at least nothing that led to registration at HA. <br> Law changed and Intergate just told me I have to pay more money (note: they did not organize any permit at that time). My suggestion to break the contract and return my money which they have kept for over 18 months now, wasn't accepted. <br> <br> In the end Intergate came back with this: we can not refund your money (what is left after using an extraordinary amount for realizing a temp permit! ) Because it is too late now (THEY took over 18 months and without my personal interference I truly believe that still nothing would be registered at HA). <br> And Intergate's response to my question how it is possible that I personally realize a permanent residence while they can't and only ask for more money: \I got lucky"<br> <br> Choose an alternative to Intergate or do it yourself"
