Bad Service and a no-care attitude

<p>We have recently used this company to assist us with a spousal visa application and the service was totally unsatisfactory. The first person we dealt with was exremely unhelpful and really did not make us feel looked after during a process that is rather stressfull. I then contacted one of the managers and he assigned a new consultant to our case. Hopeful, we paid the money and proceded. What followed was a frustrating and extremely unhelpfull service. On various occasions we were given incomplete information, we were handled with a 'don't really care, we already have your money' attitude and there was very little support, which is partly what you pay for. We also had to correct information that the consultant submitted incorrectly. I do NOT recommend this company. </p>
