Excellent Service

I recently purchased a high back office chair manufactured /distributed by Bastille. This product is sold as a flatpack product and requires some rudimentary home assembly. I am a widower and do not have any assistance at home, as a result during the assembly I forgot to install the telescopic cover over the gas lifting system. In view of the fact that there is no disassembly procedure in the installation instructions I contacted the company on the internet.
