Total disregard of financial responsibilities

Over the period of a year Sean Callaway borrowed a substantial amount of money from my family to get his business, Interforce, up and running. As he was unable to raise finance in his own capacity for a motor vehicle, we also helped him out by taking on vehicle financing. He crashed the first vehicle - and we helped him again with a second vehicle. In spite of many promises over the past year to repay the debt and settle the vehicle financing loans (which were due on1st May 2014) he has reneged on the Acknowledgement of Debt that he signed. We have started legal proceedings.
