Worst customer experience.

<p>I ordered flowers for mothers day 2016. Not only did my mom recieve the complete opposite to what I had ordered, after emailing and calling more than once either with no response or nothing being done, finally after receiving a reply the excuse was what I had ordered was not in stock. No phone call was made to ask if that was ok with me. After a few more calls and emails they said they would send an apology bouquet and yet even that has not been done. Still no reply to emails to get answers. This was the first time using this company and the absolute last!!</p>
