Very disappointed - funeral flowers

Flowers sent from US to South Africa for funeral service (pinkish/purple cross). They were very amateurishly put together and looked nothing like the online picture. There were also far fewer flowers though it only came in a standard size. I would show a side-by-side if I could add pictures.
