I reply to their email expressing my disappointment and unhappiness. No reply. I’m not important enough to be rep**** to.

I post on FB expressing my disappointment and unhappiness and a question about the brown spots on the wrong roses that were sent. No reply. I’m not important enough to them to get a reply.

Wonder if Hello Peter will have any different a result??
