NO FLOWERS DELIVERED
Today is my mom in laws 78th Birthday. There is nothing in the world she loves more than to receive a bunch of pink flowers. She will go out and pick flowers to brighten up every room on any given day. Of course it made perfect sense to me that on her birthday I would send her some gorgeous pink roses in a vase as she lives in a different city to me and I couldn't be with her on her special day. I ordered the flowers well in advance. All day I have been waiting for her to call to thank me for the beautiful bouquet she received but no phone call came. The reason for this is that although Interflora took payment for the order, they didn't deliver the flowers. My suggestion to you is if there is a special day for someone you love coming up, look elsewhere for reliability or your loved one might be very disappointed.

A full investigation has been made and we are advised that our florist was not able to deliver the flowers as your mom in law was not at the given address. The security guard also tried to make contact with her but could not.
Our florist advises that the flowers were delivered this morning at 9:00.
