No delivery No response

<p>Ordered flowers for Valentine's Day, called several times to confirm delivery but to no avail. Flowers never delivered despite promises the delivery will "catch up" with recipients. Today 15 Feb, their phone just rings and had zero response on email. Reversed the credit card charge and they better not bank it!</p>
