Half Dead Flowers for Valentines Day

My boyfriend in the UK sent me flowers in South Africa through Interflora. The problem was that the roses were all open and limp. Most of the outer petals of the roses were brown. The foliage was terrible and also brown. I know that these must have cost him a lot of money and I did not complain to him as he was thoughtful enough to send them to me. I am very disappointed in the flowers I received. The florist that they came from in South Africa was Bowl & Beautiful. I expected better from Interflora, especially that Valentines day is a day that the florists know that they will be busy and should have the appropriate quality of flowers on hand.
