Brilliant Recovery

What a brilliant service recovery !!!!<br> <br> I ordered 100 roses on 22/12/15, they where delivered on 23/12/15, and by 25/12/15 where ALL dead.<br> I called interflora web sales this morning at 09:00, and by 10:00 they delivered 100 perfect new roses as a replacement.<br> <br> Thank you Lindsey & Deidre for making a nightmare into a WOW day <br> :-)<br>
