A girl doesn't always get what she wants

Online is supposed to be convenient. You get given options, you chose and order. I ordered pink roses and got a very colorful display delivered and not one rose. Luckily the recipient of the flowers sent me a photo. When I phoned to complain I was asked whether I would like to have the order resent. What's the point. Why not do it right the first time or if there is a problem address it before the flowers get sent. R500 wasted on flowers I could have picked from my own garden. A real disappointment.
