I signed a 12 month SEO contract. After 4 months I could see that no work had been done. Initially they tried to blame me, but after a meeting with Gary, the MD, they apologised and promised to sort it out. 3 months later I could see that still nothing had been done. For TWO months after this I could get no answers despite numerous phone calls and emails. Eventually I met their client services and technical people. <br> <br> They were clueless. They admitted bluntly that they have a lot of clients for whom they do zero work on SEO (and most clients have no way to monitor it). <br> <br> They **** and bul**** to try to hold me to my contract. <br> <br> There are lots of good internet marketing companies out there. Do your homework. Don't use interface. Bad service is one thing - but this crowd is completely dishonest. <br> <br> If you have had a bad experience, keep challenging them. The law is on your side
