shocking attitude of staff

I have cancelled my contract with Interface media that was paid up. They have however refused to release my ticket so that the hosting of my site can move to a new supplier. The person responsible claimed that my contract was renewed. My e mails proving that the contract was cancelled was ignored by him and other relevant people in the company and so was every single message and telephone call today.<br> <br> The service is shocking!<br>
