Quick to bill, slow (or no) to deliver

Terrible service. Sales reps are very quick to make promises, sign clients up for work and bill them but when it comes actually delivering on the work done we always have to follow up with them to get anything that we have paid for done (if they actually ever get back to us). do NOT recommend.
