Extremely Disappointed. Would never recommend them.

After a sales rep came in and showed us previous work and gave us such high hopes in this company we signed a contract. We were promised a fully operational, modern website with SEO, blog articles and working shop and checkout within 2 months. After 5 months we are still struggling to simply get them to change the logo to the correct one and change information so that it is updated and correct. The website does not work at all, all high quality images we gave them come out blurry and pixelated. The design was extremely outdated, and we were told that tasks as simple as changing wording of sentences was impossible to do. After having a background in webdesign I personally know that these tasks are possible. Every time a deadline came along the had a different excuse as to why they could not deliver; The designer was sick, we've changed to a new designer, we're sorry but we've run into some difficulties, or no response at all was given for multiple weeks when they could not deliver. We would have to email them to ask why we weren't getting and always be assured that we would have the proof the next day and never did. Only after threatening to cancel the contract would we see a proof and it would only be one change. We would send them essay long emails and speak to them on phone calls for hours for the changes they needed to make and never see the work done that we were promised. They also overly charged us and we were never allowed to speak directly to the webdesigner. Extremely disappointed. I would never recommend this company.
