Empty Promises from Sales Rep and Management
On 6 December 2017 I signed a contract with this company to get my Google ads started and also to update my website.
I am a new small business and this was a huge step for me financially, however knowing the importance of social media I took the step.
To date my website has not been finished, my ads have not featured as I was promised (keywords differ from the stats I received). The sales rep also promised that he would see me at the beginning of each month to discuss the adverts , I have not even had a rep call me.
I cancelled the contract a few days later as nothing had been done, a manager Louise than phoned me and promised me things would get started, my ad was launched in all areas and my website was not touched.
I have since been in contact with her, Monday she referred me to another department who phoned me, asked for access to my website and has done nothing on the web site,
Empty promises from the entire company, I do understand they closed over the holidays however I was promised by the sales rep that my work would be done before they closed.

15 Feb 2018, 13:06Update on service received since review. Changing the rating to better service as management went out of their way to ensure my website was rebuilt, my google ad campaign was sorted and everything was done as promised.
