You get a bad drivers, filthy bus and none existing toilet. Don't even think of a refund still waiting for the return ticket refund

Logged in a refund and received an email stating refund will be within 15-30 days. It's now more that 40 days. Phoned them and they make excuses of next week. Logged in previous smaller refunds and still waiting after a year for refunds. The operator put me on hold and now if I phone they are not available. We cancelled due to the bus from kzn to ctp was disgusting 28hrs ride, toilet none existing, bad drivers and the bus was filthy. Sliding over rubble. We can cancelled the return ticket. Now they don't want to refund. Other tickets was logged in on short trips. Still waiting for those refunds that after a year
