Worst treatment ever

I & my wife booked intercity on the 14th of August bus delayed after that we went to their depot to change the bus.As that was not enough there was a group of people who blocked the bus on our way out reason being they were dumped at the depot that showed the company is disorganized.Booked again my way back was told bus departures as 4:30pm l got there around 4:20pm parked the car l was driving next to the entrance l was attacked by 3 intercity staff l tried to explain we are rushing for the bus someone will move the car but . One of the staff member took our bags packed them in the bus as we approached the door to board the bus driver closed the door l went to the driver's side to ask what's the problem now he moved the bus at high speed before l got to him hitting me.l thought he would realise what he has done its unacceptable but he continued as his intention was to leave us behind.The car l had parked next to the entrance had left but before it got anywhere far the same bus hit that car and we were to blame for angering the driver. As if that was not enough a decision was made to refund us. We asked for the manager he was nowhere to be found.We were told we think being intercity customers doesn't makes us special wow. We had to look for alternative transport because we were supposed to start work the following day. Was very disappointed the way we're treated l sent an email as soon l got home but till today there is no one who bothered to reply.
