Worst service Ever and their agent as well

I bought a Ticket on the 31st Dec 22, the Bus did NOT come to Tsolo (Tsolo to Johannesburg) and when we called they said they have tried calling us and sent sms which was a lie as we never received calls nor sms's , on the same day I did a refund on line which i was advised it will take 15 days. Since the 25th Jan 23 I have been calling *** talking to Agents that don't know anything as their finance Department advised there delays with refund. Last week I was told my refunds will be paid on the 18th Feb today I was Informed by Tintswalo that Only refunds from 21 Dec 22 where processed on the 18th Feb 23.
