Worst service ever

I have been using their service for a while and each time is a different kind of stress, they are not punctual, their call center agents are rude (that is when they actually pick up the calls which does not happen swiftly). Their WhatsApp line remains unattended for hours. Yesterday I tried to change my ticket and they ignored my WhatsApp texts since 6pm only to reply around 4hrs later and I know today is going to be a long day of fighting back and forth in between ignored texts and calls. In am attempt to try and change the ticket via a call I spent and hour and minutes holding on the phone with no luck!!

Previously I sent an email to complaints even to this day no one has ever called or attended to it. I really hope some other company takes up these routes
