Worst Passenger Transport Services

Good day, I would like to complain about the services that was received yesterday from Intercity Xpress & EagleLiner. I bought my son a ticket to come down from Johannesburg OR Tambo to Shelly Beach KZN South Coast. My son got onto the correct Bus and then when reaching a certain point during the duration of the traveling the drivers exchanged passengers and my son was not informed when this was happening. He was informed way after the arrangements where made that the correct bus he is on is no longer going to the South Coast they will be dropping him off at Durban Station. I have tried the phone lines, WhatsApp No's and I have received no feedback. We had to go and fetch him at the Durban Station because I could not leave my son there. Now we have spent alot of money and this is unacceptable.. People should not be treated like this and I would like somebody to reach out to me regarding this. I want a ticket refund and my diesel expenses paid back in full. Thank you.
