Worst of the worst

The worst bus service in the country. In December I booked a return ticket for someone from Matatiele to JHB. The bus was not up to standard, when they got to Kokstad they had to wait for over an hour to get into another Eagleliner bus that looked like a school bus, without a toilet. I cancelled the return ticket and was told they will charge me R50 and I will receive my refund after 15 working days, this was on December 29t. I am yet to get my refund and now they're no longer responding to my WhatsApp messages😡😡.
