Worst experience ever. ****** driver.

On the 26th of October 2024, my husband had a ticket booked for the morning. The ticket stated he needed to be at Shelly Centre to be picked up, so we went earlier to wait for the bus. Next we see the bus pull up on the other side of the road, which was a long route out of the parking. So we raced around. My husband got out to make sure it's the right bus and the driver had an attitude of note, telling him to hurry up because he was supposed to be there before the bus. So my husband said he is just getting his bags. The driver didn't open the luggage compartment or checked his ticket. He said goodbye to his kids, as to when the driver got out and sarcastically jumped out of the bus screaming at us to take our time. When my husband asked where he could put his bags the driver said he doesn't know. Then he asked again if he should take his luggage on the bus with him and the driver said he doesn't care. My husband got upset and just said f it. The driver jumped out screaming back using the f word. Got back on the bus, closed the door and drove off. We chased after him, as the trip was very urgent and we paid for the service. As we caught up at port Shepstone, my husband went to ask humbly to get on the bus, to where the driver response was, he can't drive with my husband. When I asked for his name he rep**** he doesn't have a name.

We phoned the company... They said the driver already phoned them and said we were fighting with him. After the incident at the Port Shepstone stop, we phoned again, where the driver then claimed my husband called him the k word. Falsely accusing my husband. My husband had to be on a flight back to work on the Sunday, and the only thing the company said was he could change his ticket time at a fee.

Worst experience ever. We were falsely accused, ********** by the company, and didn't get the service we paid for. On top of that we felt like this was a ****** card the driver pulled to get out of taking accountability. Disgusting to say the least.

We will never use this company again.
