Worst ever

Worst bus company ever, they operations are so shady, you would swear they are a ****, their buses are not on time, customer service is the worst, rude consultants that block your number just cause you asking questions, super unprofessional, their buses don't show up, they will make you forfeit your booking cause they tell you what they tell you that the bus arrived when it never showed up. what a **** of a company. writing while waiting for their 8h05 bus that hasn't showed up, all their phone lines are on voicemail, no notification nothing, i swear it's the last time, never in my life have i ever witness such unprofessionalism, honestly the fact that they still operating is a miracle on it's own.
