worst communication ever

I booked a ticket about a week ago from Heidelberg to Amanzimtoti for Sunday 22 September With the weather warnings and road enclosures we had over the weekend I was unsure weather the bus will departure or not, I tried to call multiple times, and they did not answer the calls. They did not even inform us as the clients whether the bus will be departing or not, not I have to pay again for a ticket because their communication is up to *******!
