Worst client service

By far the most unprofessional service I’ve come across, I requested a refund on the 6th of January and to date haven’t been refunded, the whatsapp client care has a demeaning customer service and they are very unresponsive and unprofessional…after multiple follow ups the response is simply “there’s a delay” as if im being made a favour by being refunded -20% as per their policy within 15-30 days, this company needs to do better and I definitely won’t just let my money go to waste
