WORST BUS SERVICE

I genuinely don't understand why this bus service is still even operating when they fail dismally on customer service.They don't even deserve this one star,my 1st time experience was the worst.The bus arriving late,going in to a smelling bus from the toilet inside🤢to a rude driver and conductors.To top it all up we had numerous unnecessary stops which delayed us even more with no clear communication.At the end of our trip we were even dropped off outside the Johannesburg park station and not inside, is safety not their concern especially if we have paid and our tickets clearly state where our drop off point is.NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE,THIS BUS SERVICE SHOULDN'T EVEN BE AN OPTION.
