WORST BUS LINER IN THE WORLD

Terrible terrible service!

My mom has been waiting at the pick up point at Big Bird since 5 for her bus that should depart at 19h15, we've seen every bus pass and it's now 20h00.

No number to assist, no SMS, no email. No customer service help what so ever.

We asked and checked every single bus that came through this point and nothing! Bus never showed up!!!!!!

Now she has to miss her trip because Intercity is too useless and they don't care about their customers!
