Worst bus experience ever

Worst experience. At park station it left with an over load of about 10 people. The drivers never communicated anything with us. Our trip was delayed 3 hours because they were busy driving around Joburg telling us they are trying to find a solution. The driver was horribly rude and kept yelling at us for wanting answered from him. I will never use that bus again
