Worst bus experience

Bus was supposed to be a 5hr 15min drive but it turned into an 7hr 30min drive. The bus was for 7:45 and drop off in Estcourt was supposed to be at 13:00 but I got off at 15:30. Was late for my 2pm meeting

2ndly the bus smelled like ****, the smell came from the bathroom inside the bus. Heard some passengers say the toilet was full and clogged, don't know how true that is cause I didn't use it.

Aircons weren't On the entire trip so we were boiling. We also had to keep asking for it to be on.

There are no charging ports in the bus either
