Worse experience ever

I booked this bus for the 1st time cause I needed to get home today so I arrive 30mins before the bus was scheduled to arrive,I then sat for 4hours before the bus could arrive upon arrival of this bus nothing is said or even an apology was uttered to the people sitting and waiting..now I'm sitting in the bus and it smells terrible cause the toilet keeps opening and closing .....if there is anyone who could either audit these busses or shut it down cause its the worse experience I'd ever had ever ....very disgusted and angry at myself for wasting my money
