Wonderful service from the 24 hour bookings line

I called the 24 hour line to book a ticket from Johannesburg to Newcastle and was assisted by a certain gentleman by the name Mpumelelo.

The service by Mpume was great; he called back to let me know of the progress of my query and I feel the Customer Services lines need more people like him.

Definitely 5 stars from me. *****
