WhatsApp Agent Slow Response

Despite my flight delay causing me to miss my bus to Storms River. The WhatsApp agent, though unable to provide me with the location of the PE office. A quick Google search revealed that the office was currently closed. The agent took a little over 12 minutes to reply, causing panic as I had to quickly make alternative transportation plans.
