What a shame!

Bus made many stops and to top it all did not even take us to our designated and booked stop, which created a great deal of inconvenience as I wouldn’t have booked this stupid bus from the start had I known that it wouldn’t go to my booked destination. Charging ports are poorly designed and makes it difficult to use your phone if it’s being charged.

Staff are quite unfriendly and don’t know how to speak to customers, they shout, upon checking in, I showed the staff member my ticket on my phone as I did an online booking and guess what he said “yhooo yintoni ngoku na lena” it was definitely my first and last time boarding this coach. Luggage is not sorted you gotta navigate yourself to make space for your luggage and they don’t even have luggage stickers, it said upon booking I’ll arrive at 07:10 but instead we got to the new destination at 09:30 and I couldn’t make it for church as I had booked bearing in mind I will attend.
