We deserve as customers to be treated better

I had a utter awful and disgusted in counter with this bus and I encourage people not to use these cheap buses , I was rushing to the station from work I got there at exactly 21:45 I ran behind the bus to stop the driver and in the depo and was totally ignored , I then tried calling the help desk no response I had to sleep at the bus station and still waited for the office to open early hour of the morning with no pleasure , they couldn’t even call me to make me aware that the bus was leaving or find out where I was it was myself and a colleague, I guess that’s why the prices are so low because that’s basically what the bus is about get on get off imagine what will happen in a emergency
