Very Unreliable Bus Service Intercity

I am really a very upset mother of a Teenager that was on your bus today. Leaving Johannesburg only at 10:27 where it was due to leave at 8:50. We were only allowed to go to the bus at 9:00 and then the bus just stand in the heat with no driver in sight then only depart at 10:27 with a full bus. Second issue is now running late the bus is involved in an accident then another delay in the bus having to stay in Durban waiting for another bus. My mother in law is waiting at Scottsburgh alone in the night where it is not save. How do you expect this to be in order if the bus has a schedule to keep and this is not done. My daughter is now in a bus at night where she was supposed to be arriving in the day time. I really don't think this is acceptable for a public service that most of South African need to use.
