Very Rude Intercity Driver Insults Passengers

I booked a ticket for my Aunt to travel from Benoni to Pietermaritzburg on 1 February 2025 at 9h15. My son, Aunt and I were parked in our vehicle in the parking lot in a parking bay at the Lakeside mall bus depo. Your driver drove through with the bus and could not turn into another lane and instead of politely requesting that we move our vehicle so that he could turn the bus, he just started swearing and being rude, no Good morning or anything just started shouting like an insane person saying that if he has to bump the vehicle we would say that its his fault, why are we parked here (now remember we are parked in a legal parking bay), he went on shouting and screaming with a few profanities which I chose not to respond to. It was far too early for such nonsense, we just moved the vehicle. After he parked the bus for the passengers to get on, he started shouting at the first lady that was in line to get onto the bus for no reason. Her husband that was still behind in the queue on seeing this asked him not to speak to his wife like that (the man did not raise his voice to the driver at all). The driver then went on to insult this man in full view of the other passengers and tried to provoke a physical altercation, also making it clear that he is the driver of that bus and expects nobody to challenge his basically holding the passengers to ransom as they are depending on this transport to get to their destination. The passengers had to get involved and apology to the driver for no reason at all. They just wanted to start their journey off peacefully. This sort of behaviour is unacceptable. I would like feedback on what the company has done about this driver.
