Very poor service

Worse bus to travel with there aircon doesn't work, you ask the driver to do something about he just says I am also feeling hot, there customer care in useless cause I call 3 times all they say I will get back to you and no one calls back. There toilet door doesn't close properly so guess what the bus stinks. So think twice before booking with interciti pay full ticket price for half the service. Really poor service
