Very disappointed

I would like to express my extreme disappointment in Intercity busline. My mom who is 77 years old was told to wait at her pickup spot at 7am only for the driver to arrive hours late and blame it in traffic. This is unprofessional as traffic should be take into consideration and the bus driver should have left earlier. And to top it off there were still other stops to make and changing of the bus which only took place at 10am. My mom is traveling from JHB to DBN and what time will she be arriving now. This must really be taken into consideration as it's ridiculous to have people waiting like this and must still arrive late at their destination.
